This page describes what data we receive through the request form on this site and how we use it.

What data

Name, hotel name, city, number of rooms, phone, email, preferred contact method and comment — what you entered in the form. We also keep the language and address of the page the request came from and the link's campaign tags. The IP address is stored only in hashed form to protect against spam.

Why

To contact you, run a demo and prepare an offer. We do not pass the data to third parties or use it for mailings.

How long we keep it

If we do not start working together, the request's personal data is deleted after 12 months, and requests marked as spam after 30 days. Client data is kept for the time we work together.

Who sees it

Only the Uzuk Hotel OS sales and support staff.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data — write to us.
